1990s by Kuo Kao, an unusual tarot deck with relatively plain pips and a major arcana featuring simple versions of the Rider-Waite Pamela Coleman-Smith artwork.
Box has stains, wear and tear. Cards are in near-fine condition. Clearly a used deck but certainly usable with bold and clear artwork and no stains, tears or creases to the cards.
