Illustrated by Robert Wang under the direction of Dr. Israel Regardie to reveal the secrets of the The Secret Order of the Golden Dawn, this deck is based on the original 19th-century designs of S. L. MacGregor Mathers previously unrevealed to outsiders.
Deck printed in Switzerland, box in the USA. Copy is a first edition, third impression from 1978. Cards printed in 1977, as shown in the bottom corner of the verso.
Box has some bumps, creasing and rubbing in the usual places for a used deck. One flap is detached and included. Has sticker mark thought the sticker is removed and there is no noticeable residue.
The cards are in excellent condition, very rarely marked and if ever only mildly.
The book has some slight creasing but is in fine condition. There is a very faint odour from a smoker's home, hence price reduction.
